 Sail the clear waters of the Outer Hebrides, lay over night in uncrowded anchorages and enjoy the majestic beauty of the Islands. Or bring your own craft and enjoy the waters surrounding the Outer Hebrides. There are several sailing organisations based in the Outer Hebrides:
The An Sulaire Trust are responsible for two classic sailing boats; An Sulaire and the Cuach. Both are traditional lug rigged boat of the style which here for fishing. It is possible to go for a sail on them visit their web site for details.
 The Sail Hebrides Martime Festival has now been running for over eight years, see their web site for details of the festival. They run taster sessions and sailing challenges with the opportunity for everyone to join in the fun.
